Work Begins on the Legacy Theatre

Work begins on the roof of the Legacy Theater in Stony Creek, thanks in part to a a $10,000 investment from BCF. The Legacy Theatre will be housed in the Stony Creek Puppet House, and plans to host two productions each spring and fall as well as other shows and classes throughout the year. BCF’s grant will be used to repair the roof of the Stony Creek Puppet House—the entire building was condemned and is in need for complete rehabilitation. The funds match grants from the CT Trust for Historic Preservation and the 1772 Foundation.
