Joseph E. Higgins Jr 9-11 Memorial Scholarship Fund
This fund was established in 2020 to assist a first responder and to provide an annual scholarship award for a graduating Branford High School students pursuing a vocation in Fire Fighting or Emergency Medical Services or entering a career path or currently involved with the Branford Fire Services professional program. The fund intends to honor Joe’s deeply held belief in service before self.
