| The Branford Community Foundation continues to support VNA Community Healthcare's Arthritis and Parkinson's exercise programs. The Parkinson's Exercise Class meets twice weekly and helps individuals maintain strength and balance and manage symptoms of the disease, such as muscle rigidity. Tai Chi for Arthritis meets once weekly and helps ease the pain and stiffness of arthritis. VNA Community Healthcare offers other wellness programs that are beneficial older adults including an Exercise to Prevent Falls class.
